Making Sense of Aggression

Aggressive behaviour in children may include hitting, biting, irritability, impatience, tantrums, self-harming, acting mean or rude. These actions are deeply rooted in instinct and emotion and are often resistant to conventional discipline practices. If we want to help our children through them, we need to understand what’s going on for them from the inside out. Material applicable to all ages.
