For parents who already know one another and share common concerns regarding their child's behaviour.
If you’re one of the lucky ones, becoming a parent has opened the door to making new friends. It’s in the good times and more importantly, in the ‘not-so-great’ times, you count on these people for comfort, advice, a glass of wine (or two) and the words, “You can do this.”
Parenting ‘parties’ aren’t traditional parties but they are a good excuse to bring together a group of friends who are experiencing similar parenting frustrations, challenges and upsets with their children. Perhaps you don’t have concerns as such, you just want some developmental insight into typical childhood behaviour, child development and how to best support children as they grow.
Bridgett will visit your home and answer questions, offer your group deeper insight into children’s (and parent’s behaviour!) and make suggestions that will support you and your friends on your parenting journeys.
I offer insight into common challenges evident in children of all ages:
- Alpha Children
- Attention Problems
- Bedtime Challenges
- Discipline Concerns
- Defiance and Opposition
- Separation Anxiety
- Sibling Rivalry
- Peer Pressure
